Shipping Policy
When ordering, please keep in mind that shipping times depend on the product selected and the delivery method you choose. Promotional items designated as a rush products can be rushed at an additional charge. If you have any questions about our deadlines for promotional products, call or sales department to get more information!
- Unfortunately, we are unable not ship to PO Boxes. We can ship to APO'S for military orders.
- Shipping charges will be added to your order at time of checkout. Please feel free to let us know if you need to upgrade your shipment to a faster service and we will make all efforts to accommodate your request and any charges might be added to your invoice.
- International shipping charges will be added to your invoice when applicable. We are not responsible for taxes or any VAT tax you may incur.
- We use UPS and FedEx shipping typically on most orders. In order to request a trucking company please contact your customer service representative. Delivery delays can occasionally occur in extreme circumstances. Overnight deliveries are available upon request for an additional fee.
